Privacy Policy

To fulfil an order we collect your name, email address, shipping address and the contents of your order. If you create an account we also store a password, hashed — the plaintext is never written down and cannot be recovered, only reset.

We never see your card details. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe or PayPal; card numbers do not pass through, and are not stored on, our servers.

Your details are used to take payment, ship the order, and answer you if you write in. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it beyond the processors needed to complete an order — the payment provider and the carrier.

Order records are kept for seven years, which is what tax law requires. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete them. Analytics data is aggregated and holds nothing that identifies an individual.

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email hello@dollafterdark.com and we will action it within 30 days. Deleting an account does not remove the order records we are legally required to keep.

We set one cookie to remember your bag and one to keep you signed in. Neither is used for advertising, and neither is shared with a third party.
